Privacy is important to the Long Eaton Art Room and we want to let you know how we use your personal information.

In carrying out our day to day activities we process and store personal information relating to our staff, volunteers and supporters.

Why we collect your personal information :

-To provide you with the services or information you have requested;
-To process any donation(s) we may receive from you;
-To provide you with information about our work or activities / events that you have asked to know about in the future
-For administration purposes e.g. we may contact you about a donation you have made or event you have expressed an interest in or registered for;
-For internal record keeping, such as the management of feedback or complaints, staff records
-Surveys in conjunction with grants that have been awarded to us requiring feedback to the awarding body
-Emergency contact details for vulnerable individuals that use the Art Room Facilities
-For staff record keeping

How we use your personal Information:

Your personal information will only be used to process your requests, to provide you with our services, and to provide you with information relating to our services that you have requested. If you no longer wish to receive information from us please do let us know by emailing info@longeatonartroom.co.uk

We will only share your information with organisations which you will have agreed to ( for example in conjunction with a grant that was awarded and the third part body require survey / information filled in by yourself)

We will not sell or swap your information with any third party.

If you are aged 16 or under, and would like to participate in an event, make a donation or get involved with us, please make sure that you have your parent/guardian’s permission before providing us with your personal information. When we collect information about a child or young person, we will make it clear as to the reasons for collecting this information and how it will be used.

Your information will be kept securely.

We will keep your information for as long as required to enable us to operate our services but we will not keep your information for any longer than is necessary.

We will take into consideration our legal obligations and tax and accounting rules when determining how long we should retain your information.

When we no longer need to retain your information, we will ensure it is securely disposed of, at the appropriate time.

Access to your information and correction

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please email info@longeatonartroom.co.uk or write to us at the following address. Long Eaton Art Room, Lime Grove, Long Eaton, Nottingham NG10 4LD.  We may make a small charge for this service.

We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time, so please check it periodically.
